Eric Prager has been an industry expert for over 30 years. Prager has degrees in Exercise Physiology and Sports Management. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist via the National Strength and Conditioning Association and as a Level II Triathlon Coach with USA Triathlon. His expertise extends to sports performance training, medical fitness and myofascial release through movement and percussion (theragun) devices.
Whether you are seeking to get in shape, manage aches and pains of the body through movement and medical-fitness or have an athlete seeking a program ideally for their sport, the science of a personalized program to meet the goals and needs of the individual will be designed. Eric Prager has completed Level I and II coaching with USA Triathlon and was invited to the exclusive Elite Mentorship Program. He has coached athletes to World Championships in both short and long distance racing. Beginners, intermediate and advanced athletes will be programmed according to their level of experience, past injury history and ability to commit time.
Every youth athlete will benefit from a one hour run session to understand the mechanics of running and running injury free. Most people are never taught to run, they are just expected to, which is why many athletes get injured. Learn the science, watch videos to understand proper mechanics, practice proper running drills and train to become a more efficient runner.
